Bambi

Bambi, along with 14 female goats and 1 male, was the reason the sanctuary was created in 2015. We took them in because their previous owner, a goatherd with a large herd, sold it, and these goats, which were not productive, were going to be sent to the abattoir.

Bambi is one of the shyest of the goats, but she still lives peacefully and happily at the sanctuary. We chose her name for her impressive horns and brown colour. Despite having very long horns, she is not a danger to the others: she is a very gentle and calm goat.
