Luna

Luna arrived at the sanctuary in September 2015 and has been part of our family since the association was founded. She lived with a man who looked after her and two other goats. When he passed away, his two companions disappeared once they were alone, because they only received food and water. His children, who couldn’t take care of her themselves and feared she would meet the same fate, got in touch with us, and she’s been safe at the sanctuary ever since.

Luna is one of our most independent goats: although she gets along well with the rest of the family, she likes to have her own space and to be left in peace.
