Perrito

Perrito, along with 14 little female goats and 1 male, was the reason the sanctuary was founded in 2015. We took them in because their previous owner, a goat herder with a large flock, sold it, and these little goats, which weren’t productive, were going to be sent to the slaughterhouse.

Perrito, like some of the little female goats that arrived at that time, was pregnant, and soon after, Miguelín was born at the sanctuary. Since we’ve never separated them and they’ve been able to live together their whole lives, they never lost their bond: at bedtime or rest time they always stayed cuddled close to each other.
